Operating Monday, Friday and Sunday on the airline’s F100 fleet, the route launches just in time for the July school holidays and will provide more than 31,000 seats each year between the two destinations.
QantasLink’s latest service will make the Margaret River region more accessible for travellers from other capital cities including Brisbane and Adelaide, as well as international visitors connecting through Perth.
South-West residents can also make the most of one-stop options to Europe through Qantas’ growing western hub, with direct flights from Perth to London, Paris and Rome on a seasonal basis.

This new service opens the door to greater connectivity, making it easier than ever to reach exciting destinations with a simple stop in Perth. It also brings new opportunities to welcome both business and leisure travellers from around the world to our magnificent region."
Today’s Busselton launch is the latest in a series of network updates for QantasLink as it continues to expand its network and improve connectivity across the country, with new direct services from Perth to Newcastle and Hobart also taking off in September 2025.
