Busselton Margaret River Airport aims to provide a comfortable and relaxing airport experience by providing quality services and facilities.

EAT and DRINK
Poppy and Pip "On the Fly" is open during scheduled flight departure and arrival times for fresh cakes, toasties, sandwiches, coffee and a range of snacks and drinks. Please note the cafe is not licensed.
CONNECT
Free Wi-Fi access is available in the departure and arrival lounge for your convenience.
LUGGAGE TROLLEYS
The airport offers a limited amount of complimentary luggage trolleys for your convenience.
NON-SMOKING
All airport buildings and aprons are strictly nonsmoking areas, including the use of e-cigarettes and vapes. Dedicated smoking areas are indicated outside the building.
PUBLIC TOILETS
Public toilets including disabled access and baby change areas are located throughout the terminal buildings for your convenience.
TRANSPORT
Dedicated passenger pick-up and drop-down zones are available at the front of the terminal. Dedicated ride share and taxi ranks are available at the front of the terminal. Short and long-term parking is available a short walking distance from the terminals.
PETS
Pets are not permitted inside any airport buildings, with the exception of service animals.

Lost Luggage
For assistance with lost, misplaced or damaged luggage, please contact your airline directly.
Lost Property
General lost property items are held for 1 month. After this time, all reusable clothing and other suitable items are donated to charity.
The Busselton Margaret River Airport accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen belongings.
Valuable items such as phones, hearing aids, spectacles, wallets, watches, jewellery, cash, credit cards, I.D. cards and keys are held for 1 month. If items are not collected, they are donated to charity or sent to local Police.
For health and safety purposes, the following items will be disposed of within 2 days.
- Beauty and body cleaning products (shampoo, conditioner, soap deodorants hairbrushes etc)
- Food and containers
- Drink bottles
- Underwear and socks
If an item is lost within the airport, please phone the airport on 0409 967 187 or email airport@busselton.wa.gov.au to enquire if it has been found. If an item was left on an aircraft, you should contact the airline directly.
