Busselton Margaret River Airport is designed to make your journey simple and comfortable. Our terminal offers essential services to support a smooth arrival and departure, with friendly staff on hand if you need assistance.
Eat and drink
Poppy and Pip "On the Fly" is open during scheduled flight departure and arrival times for fresh cakes, toasties, sandwiches, coffee and a range of snacks and drinks. Please note the cafe is not licensed. 
Stay connected
Free Wi‑Fi is available throughout the arrival and departure lounges, so you can stay connected while you wait.
Luggage trolleys
A limited number of complimentary luggage trolleys are available within the terminal for passenger use.
Toilets and baby change
Public toilets are located throughout the terminal and include:
- Accessible (disabled) facilities
- Baby change areas
Transport and pick-up zones
- Dedicated passenger pick‑up and drop‑off zones are located at the front of the departures terminal.
- Taxi and rideshare ranks are clearly signed outside the terminal.
- Short‑ and long‑term parking is available within easy walking distance.
Pets
Pets are not permitted inside airport buildings.
Registered service animals are welcome and exempt from this requirement.
Smoking
All airport buildings and apron areas are non‑smoking, including the use of e‑cigarettes and vapes. Designated smoking areas are located outside the terminal and clearly signposted.
