FIFO Concession Parking Card

The FIFO parking card applies a discounted rate to the holder of $6.50 per day. 

The FIFO concession parking form is available from the Service Desk in the Departures Hall. 

  • Please complete this form and leave it behind the desk, on the keyboard. 
  • FIFO applications cannot be emailed to applicants directly.

Once the form has been completed and processed, collection will be available from the Service Desk.  There is a FIFO car park frequent user card issuing fee, which is inclusive of administration at  $25.00. 

Processing time for new cards is approximately 7days,

  • The non-refundable fee of $25.00 is to be paid at the time of collection with a tax invoice provided to you as requested.

Once you have received your new Concession Parking Card, simply swipe the FIFO card to enter the car park (do not press button for paper ticket), on departure, swipe the card again, the amount owing will appear on the screen for payment by credit/debit card. 

If a reissue of a lost or damaged FIFO card is required, there is a fee of $35.00 for this.

  • Note* you will not be contacted when card is ready for collection. Simply return to the Service Desk no less then 7 working days from the day you submitted your application to collect your card. I have lost my bank card; how do I make payment in order to get out of the car park?

Before you leave to access your car, please proceed to the Airport Services Desk in the Departures Terminal. Call the number displayed 0409 967 187 for assistance.

Please note* this is an unattended Service Desk. You are required to call the number notifying staff of your need for assistance and the issue we will be assisting you with.

How do I print parking receipts?

Parking receipts can ONLY be issued at the time of payment.

If you are paying at the Boom Gate, you will need to press the receipt button located above the paper ticket insertion slot.

 If you are paying at the Airport Services Desk, you will be issued with a written Tax invoice at the time of payment.
