EXPLORE

Welcome to the world-renowned Margaret River Region.

Blessed with a coastal and rural environment of unique pristine natural beauty, we sit on Wadandi Boodja, part of Nyungar country.

With abundant natural beauty, award-winning tourism assets, and a relaxed yet progressive outlook, Busselton and the Margaret River Region is a truly dynamic tourism destination for food, wine, nature, entertainment, tourism, and events.

The temperate climate delivers pleasant summer months from December to February, and mild winters from June to August, making for an idyllic year-round destination.

The region boasts an abundance of natural attractions such as crystal caves, tall forests, breathtaking beaches, fantastic surf breaks and the world-famous Cape to Cape Track.

Voted the number one destination in the Asia-Pacific in 2019 by Lonely Planet and WA Top Tourism Town 2021, our friendly locals offer a mouth-watering array of restaurants, wineries, cafes, farm gates, a wide range of tours and activity providers, and, as expected, a jammed-packed events calendar as the Events Capital of WA.
