General Aviation Precinct Lifts Off

It is the vision of the City of Busselton to develop a General Aviation (GA) Precinct, with a strategic focus on facilitating a strong GA sector. This will be achieved by ensuring critical landside and airside infrastructure is in place to allow the GA community to establish, grow and take advantage of the opportunities that the Busselton Margaret River Airport (BMRA) presents for the whole of the South West Region.

The City of Busselton is offering leased lots in the General Aviation precinct to businesses and community members interested in establishing themselves at the Busselton Margaret River Airport.  The General Aviation (GA) Precinct apron and taxiways are rated for aircraft up to 5,7000kgs and has hangar lots available for lease with access to services, including water, power and sewerage.

The GA Precinct includes 25 ground lease lots available for suitable aviation related development ranging in size from approximately 300sqm - 1500sqm. All leasing arrangements will be subject to commercial negotiations and final approval by the City of Busselton.

Leases are available for recreation, commercial pilots and aviation based businesses.

This is a unique opportunity to secure your space and establish your aviation business in a busy and growing airport.
