Lost Luggage and Lost Property
Lost or Damaged Luggage
If your luggage is lost, delayed or damaged, please contact your airline directly, as baggage handling is managed by individual airlines.
Lost Property Within the Terminal
Lost property is held for up to one month.
- Valuable items (phones, wallets, keys, jewellery, cash, ID) are securely stored.
- After one month, unclaimed items are donated to charity or transferred to local Police.
- For health and safety reasons, some items are disposed of earlier, including:
- Food and drink containers
- Toiletries and personal care products
- Underwear and socks
