The City of Busselton has constructed a fully serviced General Aviation Precinct as part of the multi-million dollar Busselton Margaret River Airport (BMRA) Development Project.
Located just 5km from the Busselton CBD the Precinct is in the heart of the South West region. The new land lots are available for long term lease and will have direct access to an extended runway of 2460m (TORA) x 45m, Code 4E Apron, taxiways, helipads, Jet A1 Fuel and Avgas.
Ranging in size the lots are fully serviced and available for recreation and commercial pilots and/or businesses. All lots will be equipped with water, power, sewer and telecommunications to miximise efficiency and sustainability.
With a strategic focus on facilitating growth in the aviation industry by ensuring critical landside and airside infrastructure is in place, it is the vision of the City of Busselton to allow the general aviation community to establish, grow and take advantage of the opportunities that the newly expanded Airport presents for the whole of the South West region and the State of Western Australia.
Bringing significant opportunities to the precinct, new Regular Public Transport services to interstate destinations are expected to commence in 2019, with an international capable terminal also expected by the end of 2019.
As part of the Development Project the City expects there to be a wide range of leasing opportunities available.
